About me

Hi, I’m Won—fitness trainer, strength coach, and founder of the WonD App.

My journey with fitness began young, but it wasn’t until my 50s that I truly found what strength, wellness, and vitality meant to me. Today, I help women in midlife and beyond reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel confident in every stage of life.

From training my teenage daughter to guiding my parents in their 70s and 80s, I’ve seen firsthand that it’s never too early—or too late—to chase strong. Through every rep, I’m here to empower you to show up for yourself, inside and out.
