MEET WON

Won Dolegowski grew up in Saginaw, Michigan. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1996 from Saginaw Valley State University.

After having major scoliosis fusion surgery in 2001, she decided to go back to get a Doctorate in Pharmacy. She graduated from University of Southern Nevada in 2007.

She is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and applies a functional health approach to all her clients. Her mission is to help clients achieve optimal health, healing and wellness through sustainable lifestyle and mindset changes.

PLANS AND PRICING

Coaching requires a commitment to change, open and honest communication and a willingness to do things differently. This is a serious financial and time commitment. All coaching packages require a minimum of 16 weeks commitment. All packages must be paid in full prior to starting.

One-time consultations and custom macro counts are offered if ongoing support is not needed.

*All 1:1 coaching interest calls will require a non-refundable $25 deposit payment. However, if you decide to move forward with coaching, this $25 will be applied to coaching.

GENERAL WELLNESS PROGRAM

This is a nutrition only program. Guidance on cardio will be provided. Client is responsible for following an appropriate lifting program on their own.

Once the $25 deposit is paid, you will be asked to complete questionnaires. Then a call will be scheduled.

$1500 for 16 weeks paid in full

$2025 (10% discount) 24 weeks paid in full

CHOICE WELLNESS PROGRAM

This is ideal for someone who needs training and nutrition optimization.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Customized nutrition plan
Customized lifting program for the home or commercial gym
Cardio program
Exercise form checks through WhatsApp
Email communication
Weekly check ins

$2000 for 16 weeks paid in full

$2700 (10% discount) 24 weeks paid in full

ONE TIME CONSULTATIONS

Comprehensive review of current training and nutrition, labs, lifestyle, medical conditions, medication and supplements to help troubleshoot and provide recommendations on how to optimize your program. This includes a custom macro count.

This will be conducted over Zoom.

Once payment is received, you will be asked to complete questionnaires and then the call will be scheduled.

$175 for 30 minutes

$300 for 60 minutes

Former 1:1 clients who wish to have a follow up will get $50 discount off either the 30 or 60 minutes.

ONE TIME CUSTOM MACRO COUNTS

This includes ONE macro count based on your goal: maintenance, deficit or surplus. This is NOT a consultation or ongoing coaching. Once payment is received, you will be asked to complete questionnaires so I can best assess what your macros should be.
